Jam Gaming Studio ( SMC-PRIVATE ) Limited ("Jam Gaming Studio," "we," "us," or "our") develops Android games, published on Google Play under the developer name Futuristic Games. This Privacy Policy explains what information our games collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. It is written to meet the disclosure requirements of the Google Play Developer Program Policies, including the User Data policy, the Ads policy, and the Play Console Data safety section.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our games, including Incredible Monster Hero Game, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
This policy applies to all games and apps published by Jam Gaming Studio / Futuristic Games on Google Play, and to this website, jamgamingstudio.com. It does not apply to third-party websites, SDKs, or services that we link to or integrate with, which maintain their own privacy policies as noted in Section 5.
We built our games to work without requiring an account, and we do not ask you to submit personal information such as your name, email address, or payment details directly through gameplay. The table below reflects the data categories disclosed in our Play Console Data safety section.

This information is collected automatically through the game engine and the third-party SDKs listed in Section 5 — it is not information you type in or upload yourself. Data in transit between our games and these services is encrypted.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the information described above to build a profile of you outside the context of our own games and their advertising.
Our games are free to play and supported by ads. We use third-party advertising and analytics providers — currently including Google AdMob and Google Play services, and may use additional networks such as Yandex Mobile Ads in specific regions — to serve ads and measure how the game is used. These providers may collect and process the data types listed in Section 3 under their own privacy policies:
These providers may use device identifiers and similar technologies to personalize the ads you see and to measure ad performance across apps. You can manage ad personalization for your Google account and reset or opt out of your device's advertising identifier from your device's system settings.
We share the categories of data described in Section 3 with the advertising and analytics providers named in Section 5, solely so they can deliver, measure, and improve ads and app performance on our behalf. We do not share your information with data brokers, and we do not share it for unrelated third-party marketing purposes. We may also disclose information where required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jam Gaming Studio, our players, or the public.
Incredible Monster Hero Game is rated 12+ for moderate violence and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 13.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit, to protect information handled by our games. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our games do not use accounts or local save files that store personal information, so there is generally no player-specific data held within the app itself to delete. Data collected by our advertising and analytics providers is retained according to their own retention policies, linked in Section 5. If you would like to request that we look into deletion of data associated with your device (for example, resetting analytics tied to your advertising ID), contact us using the details in Section 13 and we will assist within the limits of what our third-party providers make available to us.
Jam Gaming Studio is based in Pakistan. Our third-party advertising and analytics providers may process and store information on servers located in other countries, including the United States. By using our games, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with data protection laws that differ from those in your own country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect a new feature, a new advertising partner, or a change in law. We will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of our games after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
